Oakland Regional Hospital Physicians
Provide Low Cost Physicals to High School Athletes
WHO: Oakland Regional Hospital is a physician-owned premiere health and wellness
center of choice with several specialty centers including sports medicine. It is a
division of Michigan Surgery Specialists, PC. (MSSCP)
The physicians are known for providing superior patient care in a cost efficient,
patient centered environment. Oakland Regional Hospital has facilities in
Southfield and Warren, with physician offices in Macomb, Oakland and
High School athletes in Oakland and Macomb counties are invited to meet the
sports medicine team.
WHAT: The orthopedic sports medicine staff of Oakland Regional Hospital/MSSPC will
be providing low cost physical examinations to students wishing to participate
in sporting events during the in the 2012-2013 school year.
Student athletes will need to have a consent and sports physical form
completely filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian to receive a
physical. Students under the age of eighteen need to have a parent or legal
guardian present with them at the time of examination.
